Eldercare.asia is a free caregiver productivity web application that helps families manage elderly care. The Service includes a Medication Tracker, Health Records Manager, Care Expense Tracker, and Appointment Scheduler. The Service is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) accessible through web browsers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — managing caregiving activities for elderly family members. You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data

Eldercare.asia is NOT a medical device or healthcare provider. The Service is a digital organizational tool to help families manage caregiving activities. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

Medication reminders and health tracking features are convenience tools only. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from reliance on the Service.

6. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
